• Credit cards required to book a trip
• Private water fees paid in full at time of booking
• Class fees paid in full
• Notification of Gift Certificates at time of Booking as form of payment- Credit Card is required
• Presentation of Gift Certificate on Trip date or Class date - if not Credit Cards will be charged full cost

Trip Cancellations: 

• No refund given for Private Water fees
• 15 Days Prior Notification - No charge
• 14 Days or Less Notification  – You will be charged the full price of the trip. If you would like to re-schedule the trip, there is $25.00 service charge. 
• Gift Certificates Will Not be reduced if cancellation occurs Credit Cards will be charged the 50% Trip Fee
• 1 Hour past meeting time with no communication made to Blue Quill or Guide - No Refund Given 

Class Cancellations:

• 8 Days Prior Notification – Full refund
• 7 Days or Less Notification - 50% Charge of Total Class Cost charged to Credit Card
• Gift Certificates Will Not be reduced if cancellation occurs Credit Cards will be charged the 50% Class Fee
• No-show for class with no communication made to Blue Quill or instructor - No Refund Given
