The flat lead strips are now available in four sizes as well as a lead free version. These strips are perfect for adding weight without bulk to any fly. The pre-cut strips are simply wrapped onto the hook in a sinlge or multiple layers depending on desired result. Highly recommended for tying the Czech Nymph.
The X-fine size is good for small nymphs in the #14-#16 sizes, Fine works with #10-#12 flies, Medium is good for #8 and Heavy works with and any larger patterns that need some extra weight.
