The Stout Bodkin is one of our new fly tying tools. We make all of these tools ourselves, in our own shop. We find it rewarding, and hope you appreciate the different look and feel of our tools. The handle shape, knurled at the top tapering down to a slightly smaller diameter segment, does two things. First, it is comfortable in your fingers. Second, it rolls in a circular motion so it is less likely to fall off your tying table. The needle is both strong and the correct length to make fly tying, or fly line setup easier.
