Blue Quill Anglers Return and exchange policy is designed to insure that our customer’s will be fully satisfied with the products they receive. Blue Quill Angler does not accept returns on used gear, flies or closeout items.
RETURNS:
Blue Quill Angler (BQA) gladly accepts product returns within 90 days of the date of purchase. Please call, login to your customer account or email support@bluequillangler.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returned or exchanged items must be in new, resalable condition with all packaging and tags intact to receive full credit.
Customers may be assessed restocking fees, and/or cleaning fees based on the condition of the product.
Your original form of payment will be credited for the appropriate amount, less return freight (if applicable) following a satisfactory inspection.
If you received FREE shipping on your initial order, we will deduct $8.95 from your refund.
For items returned after 90 days, the Blue Quill Angler will issue a store credit for the purchase price. If you received FREE shipping on the order, your store credit will be reduced by $8.95. Blue Quill Angler does not accept returns on used gear, flies, or closeout items.
Used items and “custom orders” are not eligible for refunds and exchanges.
Any returns received after 365 days from date of purchase will not be accepted. We will give you a call or send you an email to see how you would like to get the package back. Any shipping charges to return the package are your responsibility.
EXCHANGES:
Blue Quill Angler will gladly accept exchanges on products within 90 days of the date of purchase. Please call, login to your customer account or send an email to support@bluequillangler.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You are responsible for shipping charges back to Blue Quill Angler, however, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item. (Limited to 1 exchange). Oversized packages and may accrue additional re-shipping charges. *Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, and all international orders, are subject to shipping charges on returns and exchanges.
Shipping Damage: If you receive merchandise that is damaged during shipping refuse the shipment upon delivery (if possible) and contact us immediately. If you are unable to refuse shipment, please hold on to the original packaging for claims evidence.
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE:
1. Call Blue Quill Angler (1-800-435-5353) or log into your account at www.bluequillangler.com, or e-mail us (support@bluequillangler.com) and request a Return Authorization Number (RA).
2. Write the RA # clearly in bold next to the address label on the return package and also include the bottom portion of your packing slip, filled out with the reason for return. If you are wanting to exchange an item, please list the item you would like in exchange. This will expedite your exchange turn around time!!!!
3. For your protection, we recommend you insure your return/exchange package when you send it to Blue Quill Angler.
4. Using UPS, FedEx, or USPS ship your return package to:
