When ordering with the Blue Quill Angler, we will make every attempt to process the order in a timely manner. Most orders will ship the same day if received by 2:00 p.m. MST.
If we do not have the product in stock, we will have it dropped shipped from the manufactuer(s). If they are out of stock, we will coordinate with the regional reps to attempt to track down the item locally and get it out to you ASAP. If we cannot find it that way, we would rather loose a sale to another shop than have you going away empty handed and dissatisfied.
Our web site is 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encrypted for your security. You will see the "https" in the address bar once you have signed in and begin the check-out process. Rest assured that any information you transmit to us is secure and safe.
No Hasle Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with any item, return it to us in new and unused condition within 30 days of the date or purchase for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. Unfortunately, we do not reimburse for freight charges incured when sending the product back. If you recieved free shipping on an order, we will refund your purchase price minus the shipping charge of $7.95 All sales are final on closeout items
To return and item(s), please follow these easy steps:
Step 1: Include receipt or invoice. This will help us process your refund or exchange in a timely manner.
Step 2: Return with the packing slip and fill out the reason for return at the bottom or write us a letter and include the following information:
- Name, address, phone number, and email address
- Order Number
- Whether it's a return or an exchange.
- Why you would like to return the item.
- If exchanging, what is the new item you would like.
