Great for constructing nymphing strike indicators. The Bi-color monofilament indicator is the choice of European and American competition anglers. Opaque finish really reflects the light rather that absorbing it so it shows up in just about all light conditions. Perfect for in-line Czech and Spanish indicators as well as French Coils. Length per pack is 350 cm or about 11.5 feet.

Started using this when I wanted to get better at tight-line nymphing. George Daniel recommends this product in his book Dynamic Nymphing, and for good reason. This stuff is strong and highly visible. You can also tie a couple pieces together to create an even greater contrast with the water. 5/5 will definitely pick up more soon.

Exactly what I was looking for. Still unsure how to set up my line for czech/polish nymphing as it seems there are endless ways to do it. Guides by me don't know nor do the shops. May have to buy Steve's DVD's. btw, love Evergreen.

Great indicator product, the best I have used, and I've tried several methods over the last few years. Use the 0.18mm size for small to midsize streams and fish up to 20". It is most sensitive and this matters a lot! tie knots inline in it, and UV knot sense them, which adds extra visible bumps to your rig. I don't know how I would nymph effectively without this product. BlueQuill has the cheapest price I've seen in North America for this product, and they shipped it pronto to me, very reliable! Thanks!*

best sighter material out there that I have used. the 0.18mm diameter is best for smaller -midsize streams where fish are up to 20", as this is much more sensitive. Make sure you use a segment that contains a bit of both colors, and you can even tie some knots in it and UV knot-sense them to add some visible bump indicators in your rig as well. I couldn't nymph effectively without this indicator. great product, and great price!

Very good visibility and the bicolor lets you tie one less knot in your leader setup.

I have been having difficulty weaning myself from suspension type indicators. This product is helping me do just that. I still have the advantage of an indicator while also developing a better sense of feel for the strike.

his stuff works fantastic. I started using the product in late summer of 2012. I was amazed how you can actually see the take so clear. Prior to this I was going almost entirely on feeling the hit. I can imagine how many trout I lost without using a sighter. I would have great days tight lining nymphs with no indicator at all, but this year, I expect my catch ratio to double. Worth every cent!
