I ordered and received a Greys XF2 11' 3wt. I have a 10" 4 and 5 wt. Living in Bend, Oregon, I have the opportunity to fish both rivers and lakes. Greys rods work will for me. The latest rod was a Christmas present from my wife. On December 27th, I had the chance to use the 3wt at the Crooked river just east of Bend. The weather was terrible and the Crooked was running very high. My daughter Molly and I caught 3 fish apiece. The Greys 3wt handled just like I believed it would. Because of the transition that Hardy/ greys is going through, this rod was very hard to find. My local flyshops could not accomodate me in my search BUT I found the rod at the Bluequillangler. I called and asked if they had the rod and was told yes. I ordered it the same day and no trouble receiving the rod. Thank you Bluequillangler for the fast service.
