A low key pattern with the right amount of flash to produce fish. Perfect for shallow water French Nymphing or low, fast water Czech Nymphing. Barbless, super sticky hook that penetrates quickly!!!

Worked great in March 2013 in Montana. On my scale it weighs 3.3 grains - pretty heavy and allowed my stonefly/pheasant tail rig to get down without the need for shot in moderately fast water. I love that the Blue Quill Angler lists the weights of so many of its Tungsten nymphs - maybe it would it be asking too much to list the weights of all their Czech and Jig Tungsten bead heads, but it would help me in ordering new patterns to try out. (I organize my Czech nymphing box by weight.)
