Ron has lived in Colorado since 1985, been married to his lovely wife Nalene for 20 years and has two grown children and two beautiful grandchildren. Ron’s passion for fly fishing began at an early age on the famed spring creeks in south central Pennsylvania where he cut his teeth on super selective trout and rubbed shoulders with some of the best anglers around like George Harvey and Joe Humphreys. Since then, Ron has traveled the country in search of trout with his fly rod.

“My focus on guided trips is to make sure my clients have the opportunity to not only catch trout, but to learn the intimate techniques that will make them successful on their trip as well as their next outing on the river. When you finish at the end of the day, my hope is that you leave with a better understanding of the river and the beautiful fish that inhabit it, have a new found respect for the resources and protect it for future generations."
