Fishing has been a part of my life since I starting walking. I like all kinds of fishing but fly fishing has become my favorite. After I experienced my first fly fishing trip on the receiving end, I decided that if I ever earned the opportunity to be a guide I would provide my client with as many skills as I could fit into a day on the water.

My fly fishing education includes countless hours studying, going to classes and shadowing some of the best guides in the state of Colorado. Nineteen years of military teaching experience and good communication skills are in my arsenal as well as patience and the joy of working on a personal level. My expertise includes teaching women and children and I love promoting fly fishing as a family outing.

From the time the day begins until the end of your fishing experience, I will teach you fly fishing skills to allow you to fish on your own including rigging you rod, choosing the correct fly for the type of water you are fishing and other fundamental techniques that will enhance your time on the water. You will be busy the entire trip with instruction to help you achieve your fly fishing goals. Laugh, learn and have fun – that is my motto!
