Guided Trip/Sage 201 Class Cancellations: 

• No refund given for Private Water fees
• 15 Days Prior - No charge
• 14 Days or Less  – You will be charged the full price of the trip or class. If you would like to re-schedule the trip, there is $25.00 service charge. 
• Gift Certificates will not be reduced if cancellation occurs. Credit Cards will be charged the Trip Fee
• 1 Hour past meeting time with no communication made to Blue Quill or Guide - No Refund given

Class Cancellations(all classes except Sage 201):

• 8 Days Prior – Full refund
• 7 Days or Less - 50% Charge of Total Class Cost charged to Credit Card
• Gift Certificates Will Not be reduced if cancellation occurs Credit Cards will be charged the 50% Class Fee
• No-show for class with no communication made to Blue Quill or instructor - No Refund given
