Reservations:

- Notification of Gift Certificates at time of Booking as form of payment- Credit Card is required
- Presentation of Gift Certificate on Trip date or Class date - if not Credit Cards will be charged full cost
Guided Trip/201 Class Cancellations:
- No refund given for Private Water fees
- 15 Days Prior - No charge
- 14 Days or Less – 50% Charge of Total Trip Cost charged to Credit Card
- Gift Certificates Will Not be reduced if cancellation occurs Credit Cards will be charged the 50% Trip Fee
- 1 Hour past meeting time with no communication made to Blue Quill or Guide No Refund given
Class Cancellations(all classes except 201):
- 8 Days Prior – Full refund
- 7 Days or Less - 50% Charge of Total Class Cost charged to Credit Card
- Gift Certificates Will Not be reduced if cancellation occurs Credit Cards will be charged the 50% Class Fee
- No-show for class with no communication made to Blue Quill or instructor No Refund given
