Orvis “Guide of the Year” presented to Pat Dorsey in 2001 as the guide that best exemplifies the standards of the Orvis Endorsement of Excellence. Pat was chosen primarily from feedback forms filled out by fly fishermen after a guided trip on the water and then sent to Orvis for evaluation.
