What a great idea!! These strike indicators are super sensitive and cast alot easier than a yarn indicator. They will not act like a parachute and have little or no wind resistance. The 1/2" diameter is great for long line nymphing with light to moderatly heavy rigs, while the 3/4" diameter is perfect for short line nymph rigs with heavy nymphs or lots of weight.
